mObywatel has issued 11 million mDowód digital ID cards and averaged 1.5 million logins a day in 2025 [1]. In the 2026 season almost 24 million income-tax returns were filed electronically, against about one million on paper [2].

    mObywatel has issued 11 million mDowód digital ID cards and averaged 1.5 million logins a day in 2025. Nearly 7.5 million people have reserved their PESEL number against identity fraud, three quarters of them through the app, and 20 million have activated an Internet Patient Account. The pulses on the map scale with city size.

  3. A tax return in under five minutes

    In the 2026 season almost 24 million income-tax returns were filed electronically, against about one million on paper. The pre-filled Twój e-PIT service handled 14.8 million of them, and more than 35% were done in under five minutes.
